With a speed of 30 to 400 revolutions per minute and durable blades, this technology ensures precise cuts, maximum efficiency and minimum downtime. Thanks to precise cutting gap adjustment, the material is optimally shredded, just like a perfectly working shear, which increases overall performance and reduces maintenance.

WEIMA offers round-hole, honeycomb and zig-zag screens that ensure exact particle sizes for every application. Round-hole screens can be used universally, while honeycomb screens offer a higher throughput due to their larger hole surface.
